To add another great notch for her “Next Chapter” series, Oprah snags the lovely Beyonce. I’m not sure exactly what questions Oprah will throw her way and find it quite ironic that it is airing the same night as Bey’s highly anticipated documentary on HBO , but either way fans will be tuned in.. and DVR’s will be set. SATURDAY| Feb .16| 8PM EST
