Unexpectedly, Chance announced on his Instagram last night (depending on your time zone) that Surf was available now on iTunes. To sweeten the surprise, the album is free :-) Here's the link

Fans have been antsy w/ Chance (peep his mentions) awaiting the release of his new project SURF, with the Social Experiment. To surprise w/out notice or promotion, he released a new song uploaded on his SoundCloud- in which folks who were on the page just happen to see/locate.
