Events DC held a 90s inspired immersive pop-up called Snack Arcade in celebration of global food. It was located within the International City Food Festival and contained vintage low-fi and table games to snacks galore from all 7 continents. I love arcades. Add snacks, too!? Of course, I'm there...
After having a full week of 90 degree weather, the temps dropped drastically. It was cool and rainy this day. 55 degrees to be exact.
I arrived early in hopes to beat the crowd.
Only two people waiting in line. Perfect.
Greeted with small snacks upon entry.
I never played this before, but eventually got the hang of it.
Time for Galaga.
These were pretty good.
Who knew I was so good at Centipede?
After I finished my run with the games, I decided to walk around and see what else the festival had to offer.
