"Mo Betta Wu" - Jazzing Up 'Enter the Wu-Tang : 36 Chambers' ...

”Da Mystery of Chessboxin' because the sample that RZA uses, doesnt sound like no hip hop shit (laughs). It sounds like clockwork or something. And every verse is hard. Even U-God! That's his best verse. Real rap!”

Many of you may have recognized the pretty face as "Amanda Diva" from MTV, VH1, etc. However, she's going by a new name now... 'Killandra Bea'. Amanda Seales has collaborated with musician Kris Bowers to "come and pay respects to the Wu-Tang Clan" with the support of a four piece band named The Shinobis. Their set is a jazz infused interpretation of the classic album 'Enter the Wu-Tang : 36 Chambers" (which celebrated it's 20th anniversary last November) along with a little humor on the side. Prior to their premiere show last Thursday at Le Poisson Rouge in NYC, Life+Times caught them for a brief wrap up about #MoBettaWu.
"I just love hip-hop..."
