At nearly the age of 25, London bred musician James Blake is turning a Los Angeles house, with 20- year old (who knew Chance was that young) Chicago born Chance the Rapper, into a music compound. Chance's quote alone makes it seem like this is the spot to BE... for those they invite over of course. I can only hope that a bangin EP stems from this and into our waves somewhere down the line. After they first teamed- up on Blake's Life Round Here, it's safe to say... it'll be good shit.
