{HEAT} Chance the Rapper shares his unreleased verses of Kanye's "Waves" and "Famous"

On Zane Lowe's Beats1 show, Chance shared a rarity in the sit-down studio session; specifically his unreleased verses for Kanye West's 'Waves' and 'Famous' tracks off Ye's latest album, The Life Of Pablo.  WHY weren't these kept!?  KILLED IT.  For those who know me personally, you already know what part(s) I went ham over.  Thanks to RapFavorites for uploading this specific part of the interview.  Listen/watch the unreleased gems below::

Chance is keeping the new music coming and without a heads up. SURF released earlier this year, along with his joint "freestyle mixtape" with Lil B last week. Now, we have a brand new cut with a frequent collaborator- Noname Gypsy. Poems are recited; traded back and forth throughout the track, hence the title. A chill jawn to nod to. Listen below::

Unexpectedly, Chance announced on his Instagram last night (depending on your time zone) that Surf was available now on iTunes.  To sweeten the surprise, the album is free :-)  Here's the link

Chance the Rapper premieres lost verse on Childish Gambino's 'The Worst Guys'

"This nxgga doesn't turn in verses that's why" explained Gambino as to why Chance is only on the hook of 'The Worst Guys'. The song is still undeniably hot even with just the hook, but the music Gawds saw fit to give us what we wanted. This year at the Governors Ball Music Festival on Randall's Island, NYC, Chance surprised the entire crowd and performed a full verse to the track. Talk about 'he killed that shit'. Pursuit of Dopeness caught the footage on a great recording, as well as Andre 3000 and his son Seven (omg time flies) who stopped by personally to check out his set. How cool that Chance's verse features some Outkast references.

Music Compound? : Chance the Rapper & James Blake are moving in together ..

At nearly the age of 25, London bred musician James Blake is turning a Los Angeles house, with 20- year old (who knew Chance was that young) Chicago born Chance the Rapper, into a music compound. Chance's quote alone makes it seem like this is the spot to BE... for those they invite over of course. I can only hope that a bangin EP stems from this and into our waves somewhere down the line. After they first teamed- up on Blake's Life Round Here, it's safe to say... it'll be good shit.
