Apparently, I am still playing catch up o_o. Slippppinnn. Niko Is released a new vid/music over a motnh ago and I'm just now seeing it. Directed by Chris Smith, the simple but artistic video compliments the Thanks Joey produced track well.
I reported in Dec 2013, that Brutus was coming soon, which features Cyhi da Prince, Talib Kweli, and Kool A.D. As an update since it's close to being a full year later, the project has been pushed back twice.
Niko says the project has been finished for two years but they are just 'polishing and making it better'. Read more about Brutus and how Niko Is met Talib Kweli here.

Rad artwork and a  dope video is sure to lure me in.  The still shot of this video is what grasped my curiosity.  I’m so glad I pressed play.  Not only did I love the  simplistic idea of shorty thuggin it out in the vid mouthing the lyrics, but the song rocked.  From there, I felt it necessary to research more of Niko Is.  I came across the Chill Cosby mixtape  and gave it a spin.  Actually.. quite a few.  From start to finish… dope shit.  And the Luther Vandross sample on “Stars” is fxcking amazing.  It’s only right to download this and throw it on the pod.  Check his latest visual for track “Crazy” and stream of Chill Cosby below.
