And we're back.  Day 2 started off with unsaid chaos, but we ball!  Anywho, today was just as fun!  The temps were cooler than the day before, but we were prepared this time.  Let's get into the details of Day 2...

09.16.1997.  Usher's sophomore album released and took over the radio waves.  I had the cassette tape. Every single from the 7x Platinum record was a hit and shot his career straight to mega-stardom.  25 years later, we revisit 'My Way' and the impact it and the icon Usher himself had on the R & B game.

The perfect description of my reaction to this from reading the headline to the opening note: Ya’ll remember that scene on ‘The Five Heartbeats’ where they were performing ‘A House for Love’ and that girl was in the front looking so non entertained… then Eddie Kane Jr. came through with that “builllllddddd it up!!!!” and her face changed...

LOL I wish ya’ll could have witnessed it. Whenever I have that same exact reaction to things.. I have to share with folks lol. Anyway... they did a great job. Watch below::
