Continuing on from the DR post. Day 4 and the second stop on my birthday venture was St. Thomas! Slight redemption story here...
Starting at the top of the island
I walked through "downtown" a bit and you'll also notice the recurring theme
The signs were everywhere lol. It was time for me to set up shop at some water and partake. Hello rum punch.
A personal theme I noticed was... Tiffany blue. My top, the towel, the paint at the beach bar and so forth. I felt it was a sign that something good was going to happen for me that day.
Wandering and stumbled across a carry out. It was prob bussin too, but I didn't venture over. Once I realized I was in the town town, that meant one thing. I could get some regular clothes!
Appreciating the art along the way.
Sure enough, I found a store! Thank God! I couldn't buy much because I only had my tote bag, but I was able to grab important things. This changed the course of my trip in a significant way.
"Rest in peace to Ms.Gladys like ery'day". Miss you grams.
Chile gas is high everywhere.
Roosters were all over.
This might've been the 2nd rum punch... or the 3rd.
Seafood for dinner. Stay tuned for the next stop
